Council and government plumbing covers a wide range of

with its own access, safety and reporting requirements, and the
public is often using the building while we work. We plan
around that, keep the area safe, and get the job done with
minimal disruption to the service the facility provides.

The worst plumbing failures in a school are the ones that could have
been caught early. A scheduled maintenance programme means we
inspect the amenities, hot water and drainage on a regular cycle, fix
the small problems before they close a block, and keep the records
your facilities team and the department need. It also means that
when something does go wrong, the plumber who responds already
knows your site.

Working in a school is not like working in an empty building. Our
team works with the appropriate clearances, follows the
school’s sign-in and safety procedures, isolates work areas from
students, and schedules disruptive work for after hours or
holidays wherever possible. Every job comes with the
