Warren joined the business as an apprentice in 1981 and is a licensed plumber still working on the tools today. He represents the fourth generation of the family in the trade.

Five Generations, One Surname, Same Trade
The Trinder name has been on this business since 1911. David Trinder started it in Summer Hill. His son Henry took it on, then Harold and Lois, then the current directors David and Warren, and now a fifth generation in Brett, Aaron, Liam and Daniel. That is not a marketing line, it is the actual history of the family, and it means the knowledge of how to do this work properly has been handed down on the job, one generation to the next, for over a hundred years. Apprentices Trained the Trinder Way
Every generation of this family started as an apprentice, on the tools, learning from the one before. We bring the same approach to the apprentices we train today. They learn the trade properly, on real jobs, under licensed plumbers who care how the work is done because their name is on it. It is how the standard has been passed down for over a century, and it is how we make sure the next generation of our plumbers is as good as the last.
